As an boot strapping entrepreneur, how should I get legal services?

I am managing a startup and we need a good lawyer. What kind of arrangement could I come to with a lawyer that would not require me to dole out large legal fees in the early stages of my venture?

I suggest you find a SCORE office. These are retired executives and offer advice at no cost. Good luck.

Check into Pre Paid Legal Services Inc. They offer plans as little as $17 a month and will cover quite a bit of life events for such a small fee. If your state has it they also have business owners plan, but that is depending on what state you are in. If you are interested or just want to learn more about it you can check it out at this website.
Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
Best Wishes,
Rex

Where are you located? If you’re in PA, your input would be appreciated here. You might find your answer here soon as well.
