First you need to know your competition. Determine if offering the product or service that you are considering can compete in this market. You also need to know your demographic (Age, Gender, location). Before you can do anything you must decide if you can even afford to enter this market, determine the resources needed and also your 16, so you might want to wait till your 18 and can sign a contract.

A true entrepreneur is of philanthropic nature in the first place.
A true entrepreneur creates what has not been created before.
Because of his creative nature he/she does not worry about competition perfectly aware that it is his competition that is trying to catch up with him hence inspiring him to do better and better, to give more and more.
A true entrepreneur has no need to catch up with anything or anybody.
Being an entrepreneur is NOT about greed.
