How could I become an entrepreneur?

Depends on how much experience you have. I would suggest you get a bachelor’s in Management with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Small Company Management as the first step (if you don’t have any related education).

You also need to come up with a business plan: what kind of business, do you think it would be successful in your location, what will it take to get customers, where would the money come from to start the business, is there a need for this type of business in your location, etc.
